Package Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original shoebox and secure them in a durable shipping container to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once we inspect the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
